Financial Services Minister commits to timeline on key legislation at SPAA's National Conference
SPAA has reinforced its call for a 'level playing field'
when the Government announces new legislation on the advice
accountants can provide SMSFs which will be to unveiled within the
next fortnight. Presenting at the 2012 SPAA National Conference in
Sydney on Friday, Financial Services Minister Bill Shorten said the
Government would detail draft legislation on the both the
accountants exemption and the auditors registration within the next
two weeks.
