SPAA is seeking sponsorship support to ensure the association is successful in meeting its objectives. SPAA offers sponsorship opportunities in two categories; Association Sponsor and National Conference Sponsor.

Sponsorship will not only demonstrate your commitment to the SMSF industry and its self-regulation, but you will be seen to be working together with SPAA to further the education, standards and professionalism of SMSF professionals.

The SPAA membership base includes representatives from all SMSF industry professions, from auditors, actuaries, accountants and financial planners to risk providers, lawyer and administrators.

The activities of our association significantly enhance the reputation of the SMSF industry and its members by:

• Assisting self regulation of the SMSF industry and regulators in maintenance of compliance;

• Significantly increasing the standard of education and the overall competency of professionals;

• Assisting SMSF professionals to meet their regulatory obligations;

• Providing the consumer with access to specialised SMSF advice;

• Facilitating valuable networking opportunities for members to grow and expand their business;

• Encouraging and complementing industry participants in providing SMSF services and advice; and

• Marketing the SMSF Specialist Advisor™ and SMSF Specialist Auditor™ brands into the Australian marketplace so that the Specialists are the consumer's practitioners of choice.

SPAA provides an opportunity for organisations that are currently providing services and/or products for the SMSF industry to have an independent arrangement with the Association. The Association sponsorship arrangement provides an opportunity for both organisations to build integrity and grow the SMSF advice industry.

Open and Gold Sponsors will be recognised on the SPAA website with a direct link through to the sponsor's website. This category of sponsor must have a service or product in the SMSF industry.

National Conference Sponsor

SPAA provides opportunities for organisations to participate in networking events across Australia.

The 2012 SPAA National Conference will be held at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre from 15-17 February 2012. Delegates will gather from across the Nation and traditionally come from the executive ranks of the accounting, financial planning, legal, audit and actuary fraternities.

The SPAA National Conference has enjoyed rapid growth since its inception in 2005 and has consistently earned high praise from delegates and participants. It is now considered the pre-eminent event for SMSF professionals.
